Be sure your units put their best foot forward.
Are they clean?
Carpet and appliances in good condition?
How is your signage? Up to date and in good condition? Does it have good contact information including website and email.
How about entries and common areas? No matter how nice the units are if the halls, parking, laundry and yard don’t match up you risk losing a quality Tenant before they even see the unit
Pretty basic stuff but you would be surprised how often we see neglect in these areas.
Are your rents competitive? Too high and they sit empty, too low and you are leaving money on the table.
