Bob Wilkes is a member of the Skogman Commercial Real Estate Group. Bob has been in the real estate industry since 1974 and has taught classes in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Commercial Real Estate Sales.

Bob was Iowa Realty’s Commercial Associate of the Year three times and their Company Wide Sales Leader in 1989, 1991 and 1993.

His specialties are real estate contacts, tax deferred exchanges and marketing income property. Bob has sold more units than any other active Realtor in Cedar Rapids. He has also designed, built, managed and syndicated apartments.
